SIEDRÉS offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as our silhouettes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all SIEDRÉS designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
